Bridgett Duvall

LPCA

Bridgett Duvall is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) dedicated to supporting individuals and families across the lifespan. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, helping clients navigate emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges in a safe and supportive environment.

With a strong background in the school system, Bridgett has extensive experience working with students with IEPs and 504 plans and understands the unique stressors families face when balancing academic, social, and behavioral needs. Her work with children and teens often incorporates play therapy, sand play, and expressive techniques to encourage self-expression, independence, and confidence.

Bridgett is equally passionate about her work with adults, providing compassionate care for those managing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions. She believes in meeting clients where they are, using person-centered and evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help them identify strengths, build coping skills, and create lasting change.

As a mother of four and grandmother of four, Bridgett’s personal experiences have profoundly shaped her empathy and understanding. Having a son with autism has strengthened her commitment to advocacy for individuals who face communication, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

Originally from Southern Illinois, Bridgett relocated to Kentucky ten years ago and is proud to serve the Bowling Green community. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, watching or participating in sports, and connecting with family.

Bridgett’s goal is to help each client—child, teen, or adult—feel heard, supported, and empowered to live with purpose, resilience, and self-acceptance.
